2. Are all products on your website original? Yes. Every single item we sell is 100% original global stock. We provide a Lifetime Originality Guarantee. If any item is ever proven to be a copy or replica, we offer a full 100% refund immediately.
3. What is your 3-Day Replacement Warranty? We offer a 3-Day Check Warranty for manufacturing defects. If your product has a functional fault within 72 hours of delivery, contact us via WhatsApp for a quick replacement.

4. What payment methods do you accept? We offer flexible payment options including Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfers, and mobile wallets (JazzCash/Easypaisa).

8. What are your delivery charges? We charge a flat rate of Rs. 250 for delivery across Pakistan. This includes secure, shock-proof packaging to protect your items during transit.
9. How long will it take for my order to arrive? Our standard delivery time is 24 to 96 hours (1–4 working days), depending on your city. Major cities like Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad usually receive orders within 24–48 hours.
Returns & Refunds
10. Can I return a product if I change my mind? To maintain our commitment to providing sealed, original products, we do not accept returns for “change of mind” once the official seal is broken. Returns are only accepted for wrong or defective items.
11. What is the process for a refund? If an item is found to be a copy or has an unfixable manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we process a full refund to your bank account within 3–7 working days after the item is returned and inspected.
12. Do I need an unboxing video to claim a refund? Yes. We strictly require an uncut unboxing video as proof of any physical damage or missing items during transit. This protects both you and us.
